  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations after 48 hours may incur a processing fee equivalent to 2% of the order value.
    • Once the vehicle has been delivered or registered in the buyer’s name, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Return Policy:
    • Returns are not accepted for vehicles. However, any issues related to defects or warranty claims will be addressed as per the manufacturer’s terms.

2. Gold

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
    • Cancellations are not permitted once the item has been shipped.
  • Return Policy:
    • Returns are not accepted for gold items due to the fluctuating nature of gold prices.
    • In the case of damaged or defective items, replacements will be provided upon verification within 24 hours of delivery.
