the rounded rectangular top with serpentine shaped central section, above a pair of doors with an acanthus- and rosette-carved central circular roundel, opening to an arrangement of six short and two long drawers, flanked with an egg-and-dart moulded panelled cupboard door with rosettes to the corners, enclosing five drawers to the left and three shallow and one deep drawer to the right, the sides with flame-veneered oval panels, the whole raised on a moulded plinth base
